Why Vyzma
Most AI work stops at the demo. Ours starts there. We build vertical software that runs real businesses — compliance filings, land deals, field operations — and we bring that same standard to every client engagement.
If it doesn't survive contact with real users, real data and real deadlines, it isn't done.
01 — Products
Products we own. Problems we've lived.
We don't build demos. We build products that run real businesses — then bring that muscle to client work.

Agriva
AI-powered premium real estate platform for farmland, agricultural land, commercial properties, and plotted developments.
Discovery, diligence and decision-making for land — a market that still runs on brokers and hearsay. Agriva brings AI-driven search, verification and insight to premium agricultural and plotted real estate in India.
The operating system for fire & life-safety compliance.
The command centre for fire-safety agencies — installation and Form A, every Form B maintenance cycle, and statutory S.45A audits. An offline-first field app, a rules engine that blocks non-compliant filings, and a revenue flywheel that turns every defect into a work order. Office, field and clients, finally on the same page.
The same team that ships our products takes on a small number of contract engagements: LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG systems, AI-first product builds and automation. Senior people only. No handoffs to a junior bench.
Bringing intelligence to India's most opaque asset class.
The problem
Premium land — farmland, plotted developments, commercial parcels — trades on broker networks, word of mouth and unverifiable claims. Buyers can't compare, verify or move with confidence.
What we built
An AI-powered platform for discovering and evaluating premium real estate: structured listings, AI-driven search and comparison, and diligence signals surfaced up front instead of after a site visit.
Next.js · TypeScript · LLM-powered search · Structured data pipelines
Turning fire-safety compliance from paperwork into an operating system.
The problem
Fire agencies in Maharashtra run statutory work — Form A installations, Form B maintenance cycles, S.45A audits — on spreadsheets, phone calls and memory. Deadlines slip, defects go untracked, and revenue leaks with them.
What we built
A command centre for fire & life-safety agencies: an offline-first field app for technicians, a rules engine that blocks non-compliant filings before they happen, and a workflow that converts every logged defect into a quoted work order.
Filings gated against open critical defects. Cycle deadlines tracked automatically. Office, field and clients on one source of truth.
Have a compliance-heavy or operations-heavy problem? That's our home turf.
02 — Approach
Small team. Full stack. No theatre.
Product-first
We run our own products, so we know what "done" actually means: onboarding, edge cases, uptime, revenue. That standard carries into every engagement.
AI-native
Not AI bolted on. We design around models from day one — evals, guardrails, human-in-the-loop where it matters.
Senior by default
Three people, all hands-on. You talk to the people writing the code and shaping the product. Nothing gets lost in translation.
03 — Process
From ambiguity to shipped.
The same loop we use for our own products.
01
Discover
A short, sharp scoping sprint. We map the problem, the users, the data you actually have, and where AI genuinely helps — and where it doesn't. You get a written plan, not a sales deck.
02
Prototype
A working prototype in weeks, not a wireframe in months. Real interactions, real model calls, tested against real examples — so decisions get made on evidence.
03
Build
Production engineering: evals and guardrails around the AI, human-in-the-loop where the stakes demand it, and the unglamorous work — auth, edge cases, offline, performance — done properly.
04
Operate
Shipping is the midpoint. We instrument, measure, and iterate with you — the same way we run Agriva and FireOS.
04 — Engagement
Three ways to work with us.
Fixed-scope build
A defined product or feature, delivered end to end. Best when you know what you need and want it shipped by people who've shipped before.
You have engineers; you need direction. We help you choose models, design evals, architect agents and avoid the six months of dead ends we've already made for you.
Founder-led. Hands-on. Every project gets all of us.

06 — FAQ
Straight answers.
Both, deliberately. We build and operate our own vertical SaaS products, and take a small number of contract engagements. The products keep our standards honest; the client work keeps us sharp across domains.
It means the AI is load-bearing, not decorative. We design around models from day one — retrieval, evals, guardrails, human review where errors are expensive — instead of bolting a chatbot onto finished software.
Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Python where the AI work demands it, Prisma/Postgres underneath, and whichever model provider fits the problem. We're pragmatic about tools and opinionated about quality.
A conversation, then a short paid discovery sprint. You get a scoped plan and an honest read on feasibility — including "don't build this" if that's the truth.
The three people on this page. No account managers, no junior bench, no handoffs.
Yes. We're a distributed studio working primarily with U.S. clients, and we keep U.S. hours — you won't lose a day to a timezone. Our engineering roots are in India (IIT Roorkee), and operating our own products gave us deep experience in compliance-heavy, operations-heavy domains — that's what we bring to U.S. client work.
Discovery sprints are fixed-price. Builds are scoped after discovery — fixed-scope for defined products, monthly for embedded work. We'll give you a realistic range in the first conversation, not after three meetings. If the budget and the problem don't match, we'll say so early.
One of the three of us replies within 24 hours. First call is 30 minutes: your problem, our honest read, and whether a discovery sprint makes sense. No proposal-ware.
Let's build something that ships.
